Veritas Procedura is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the LKBH Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta. The journal focuses on the core principle that "the truth lies within the procedure" (Veritas Procedura), emphasizing the critical role of procedural law in ensuring justice and upholding the rule of law. We serve as a dynamic platform for scholars, practitioners, and students to contribute to the discourse on procedural law and its broader implications. The journal publishes original research, legal analyses, case notes, and book reviews that advance the understanding of procedural justice.

Open Access Policy

Veritas Procedura is an open-access journal, meaning all published content is freely available online without any subscription or access fees. We believe that unrestricted access to scholarly information is essential for promoting knowledge and innovation. The journal does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC).

In line with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), Veritas Procedura is committed to making scientific literature freely available to all.
