Focus and Scope

Veritas Procedura is dedicated to the study and development of procedural law. We welcome submissions that explore a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

• Criminal Procedural Law: Investigations, prosecutions, evidence, and appeals.
• Civil Procedural Law: Litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and enforcement of judgments.
• Administrative Procedural Law: Administrative court proceedings and good governance practices.
• Other Areas of Law: The journal also considers submissions on other legal fields, as long as they offer a novel perspective or have significant procedural implications. This includes constitutional law, international law, and human rights law, viewed through a procedural lens.
