Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Water Supply Company in West Java. The approach adopted in this research is a quantitative associative method using a survey. This research involved a population of 147 employees, and 108 respondents were selected as the sample using proportionate stratified random sampling and the Slovin formula (5% margin of error). Data collection was carried out using a Likert-scale questionnaire, followed by analysis through classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS 29. The research findings indicate that Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and is the dominant variable. Both variables have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance. The model explains 44.1% of the variation in performance, while the remainder is attributed to external factors. These findings suggest that strengthening extra-role behavior and improving job satisfaction through better supervision, fair rewards, and development opportunities can enhance performance in local public service organizations.
