Rapid changes in the business environment require organizations to have adaptive human resources. Employee resilience has become a major concern for organizations in responding to ongoing change. Employee training plays a crucial role in building resilience by enhancing individuals’ ability to manage work-related pressure and adapt to dynamic conditions. Using a literature review approach, this study identifies various empirical findings related to training, resilience, and organizational performance. The results indicate that structured training programs can improve employee competencies, while adaptability serves as a key factor in strengthening employee resilience. This resilience is reflected in employees’ capacity to cope with work pressure, manage organizational change, and sustain performance. This study is expected to contribute to the development of organizational resilience literature and provide practical implications for organizations in designing adaptive human resource development strategies to address future challenges.
