    Journal Description

    Jurnal Manajemen Strategis: Jurnal Mantra (JMT) is a periodical scientific journal published by the Universitas Proklamasi 45, Yogyakarta, Indonesia (UP 45) twice a year, in April and October. JMT was first published online in Volume 1 Number 01 April 2024 with e-ISSN 3046-6377. JMT aims to publish scientific works of academics, researchers, and practitioners in the form of research results and conceptual development in the field of management covering strategic aspects of organizations/companies, i.e. marketing, human resources, finance, operation/production, and information systems. JMT publications are dedicated to realizing contributions to scientific development in the field of management and organization in actual and strategic topics of commercial and non-commercial organizations. JMT is open to academics, researchers, and practitioners in areas related to organizational managerial activities to actualize themselves in relevant scientific development. The management of JMT involves an interrelated management team including the editorial board, peer reviewers, and administration staff. The management team involves professionals and is committed to scientific development in management.

This journal is under the publishment of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta. It is a scientific journal focusing on Energy, Manufacturing, Material, Mechanical, and Software Simulation. It provides a publishing platform for scientists and academicians to share, publish, and discuss all aspects of the latest outstanding development in Mechanical Engineering.

    The first issue of this journal was in 2017. It presents five articles in an issue. Published twice a year in May and November, this journal conducts a blind peer-review process for each manuscript. The authors are required to submit the original, relevant research results in the form of an article, and it should be written in the Indonesian language or English language. All readers can read and download any full-text articles free of charge.

    For indexation, Jurnal Engine: Energi, Manufaktur, dan Material can be browsed online on Google Scholar, Onesearch, and others. Based on the Decree of the Director-General of Research and Development Strengthening, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia No. 204/E/KPT/2022 stipulated on October 03, 2022, states that the Jurnal Engine: Energi, Manufaktur, dan Material is accredited with rank SINTA 4. Accreditation is valid from the issue of Volume 5 No 2 in November 2021 until the subsequent 10 editions (Volume 10 No 1 in May 2026).
