The AZ Field is currently in a mature state. Therefore, to increase oil production, an analysis is needed to evaluate the condition of existing surface facilities in relation to the production optimization plan. The AZ Field has suspended wells that still have potential for production optimization through reactivation, reopening, repair, and KUPL programs. The methodology used in this study was to first collect data. The data required for this study included: well test analysis results, reservoir pressure history, well production performance, cumulative field production, and surface production equipment network data. The researchers then conducted a network analysis based on existing data (basecase). Then, several scenarios were conducted, including flowing fluids to the surface with minimum Pwh (Pwh) and simulating field development, well reopening, and the addition of new wells. The results showed a total liquid production of 10.563,81 blpd in the base case. Scenario 1 was conducted to achieve a low pressure drop, with the expectation that no additions or modifications to the separator tank would be necessary; in this scenario, total liquid production was 8.538,8 blpd. Scenario 2 involved reopening and adding new wells; in this scenario, the total liquid production was 17.125,64 blpd.
