Perancangan Sistem Kerja Dan Ergonomi Beban Kerja Mental Pada Apoteker Dan Asisten Apoteker

Dalam aktivitas sehari-hari, manusia memanfaatkan fisik dan pikirannya, dengan besarnya tenaga fisik dan mental yang dikeluarkan bergantung pada beban pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Di lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dapat memengaruhi berbagai sistem dalam lingkungan tersebut, termasuk sistem kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem kerja dan ergonomi yang tepat agar tidak menimbulkan kelelahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja mental yang dialami oleh apoteker dan asisten apoteker di apotek X. Pengukuran beban kerja mental dilakukan terhadap 10 responden yang bekerja dalam tiga shift (pagi, sore, dan malam), dengan rentang usia 18-28 tahun, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur beban kerja mental adalah NASA-TLX, yang menghasilkan skor untuk tingkat beban kerja mental yang dialami oleh para pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor beban kerja mental tergolong tinggi, dengan rentang nilai 50-79, kecuali pada asisten apoteker 1 yang memiliki nilai antara 30-49, menunjukkan beban kerja yang agak tinggi. Apoteker 2 tercatat memiliki skor tertinggi, yaitu 75,6, yang menunjukkan bahwa apoteker tersebut memiliki jobdesk yang lebih berat dibandingkan dengan apoteker lainnya.
