PERAN ADVOKAT DALAM PENANGAN KASUS LITIGASI

Abstract

In Indonesia, the judicial authority is run by the two institutions, namely the Supreme Court and The Constitutional Court. No judicial autohority requires the advocate profession in the context of law enforcement. Advocate in handling litigation cases has a role to enforce the law, advocacy, and legal documents maker (legal drafter).
