PENGARUH TIDAK TERCAPAINYA AKSELERASI PENDAFTARAN TANAH DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the cause of failure to achieve acceleration of land registration, the level of public understanding of the importance of land rights certificates and the extent of development of land registration stipulated in Government Regidation No. 24 of 1997, other than the granting certain rights in land in Special Region of Yogyakarta This study uses a qualitative approach, so that the research is intended to collect data from respondentsbothfromthepublicandfromagenciesofNationalLandAgencyofYogyakartaprovin.ee. The results showed that there are several factors that hinder the process of land registration in Yogyakarta Special Province namely:

1. Lack of information given to the public.
2. Inadequate facilities
3. A limited number of executive power.
