ANALISIS PENGARUH SELF LEADERSHIP TERHADAP MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI KEPALA DESA DI KABUPATEN GUNUNG KIDUL YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Technological advances and free markets are forcing goverments to strenghten rural resiliences bases. This was responded by the issuance of the Minister of Village decree, PDDT No. 6 of 2016 on the organization and working procedures of village ministries, the development of disadvantages areas and transmigration, that the goverment will focus on improving welfae in the villages. Gunung Kidul regency is the largest areas in D. I. Yogyakarta Province with a total of 144 villages and 17 subdistricts with Village Progress status based on the Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM) is in the third place out of four districts in D. I. Yogyakarta. The duty of village heads not only lead the vilage adinistration but also plays role in improving the erlfare of the village community. This research aims to determine the influence of Self Leadership on achievement the motivation from Village heads in Gunung Kidul regency. Based on the hypothesis test using a simple regression method, it is found that –t test result of significance level of 0,016 < 0,05 , adn F test ahas significance level eual to 0,016 < 0,05, hence can be concluded that Self Leadership influence the achievement motivation of village heads in Gunung Kidul regency.
