POTRET KEMITRAAN TOKO MODERN BERJEJARING DENGAN UMKM LOKAL DI YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim to get formulation of partnership model between Modern Store Bersejaring with SMEs in the city of Yogyakarta. From the review of partnership implementation, the existing condition shows that there are still many obstacles of SMEs to partner with Modern Store Networking related to the product standard set by Modern Networking Shop that can not be fulfilled by SMEs. Not enough space available for SME products in outlets of Modern Store networking. Based on SWOT analysis above, hence can be made strategy of partnership between Modern Store Bersejaring with SME with attention to the following items: The requirement to propose IUTM or extend the IUTM of the existence of partnership obligation clauses with Local SMEs to minimize competition from SMEs with the existence of Modern Store Network that can not be avoided; Required Perwal that contains the form of partnership in detail and measurable for easy monitoring and monitoring; Partnership Pattern in accordance with the partnership of Modern and SME Stores is a General Trading Pattern: Required Perwal that contains and regulates about consignment, space provided for SMEs, CSR Modern Store, Modern Network Store Development and SME; There is a need for appointment of Dinas Dinas both Dinas UMKM and Koperasi or Dinas Perindustrian and Perdagangan as the executor of supervision, monitoring and evaluation of partnership implementation from Modern Store Bersejaring with Local SME.References
