Usulan Rancangan Kursi Belajar Berdasarkan Keluhan Kesehatan Mahasiswa Ketika Belajar dari Rumah

Student lecture activities not only carried out on campus. Learning is sometimes also done at home. The use of chairs and tables as a learning tool must be adjusted to the level of ergonomics. This will have an impact on student health complaints when studying. The analytical method for health complaints in this study is the RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment). The subjects of this study were students from Universitas Islam Indonesia. RULA analysis results indicate that students' health risks when studying at home are at a value of 3, which means that investigation and changes in work posture need to be done. As a solution to the problem, a proposed study chair for students is conducted with the ergonomic adjustment, so that it is expected to increase work productivity.
Kegiatan perkuliahan mahasiswa, tidak hanya dilakukan di Kampus. Pembelajaran terkadang juga dilakukan di rumahnya. Penggunaan kursi dan meja sebagai sarana belajar harus disesuaikan dengan tingkat ergonomis yang dimiliki. Hal ini akan berdampak pada keluhan kesehatan mahasiswa pada saat belajar. Metode analisis untuk keluhan kesehatan pada penelitian ini adalah RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari Universitas Islam Indonesia. Hasil analisis RULA menunjukkan tingkat resiko kesehatan mahasiswa saat belajar di rumah berada pada bobot nilai 3, yang berarti perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan dan perubahan pada postur kerjanya. Sebagai solusi perbaikan terhadap masalah tersebut, dilakukan perancangan usulan kursi belajar mahasiswa dengan memperhatikan tingkat ergonomis, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya.
