Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of JHCJ must be

  1. Written in Indonesian Language or English with Microsoft word 2003-2016.
  2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 15 pages and no more than 25 pages. The Editor will evaluate if the papers are needing more pages than 25 pages. The paper use times new roman 12 pt and 1.5 space (exclude: title, abstract, reference, table/picture captions, and citations which use 1 space each).
  3. Margin: Top 4, Left 4, Right 3, and Bottom 3.
  4. Use a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose APA 6th edition style.
  5. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the JHCJ paper template and Copyright Transfer Form when if accepted.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper is max 4 lines, without Acronym or abbreviation, times new roman 14 pt, center side.
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has a maximum of 200 wordsNo citation; State in the abstract a primary objectiveresearch designmethodologymain outcomes, results, and conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - The Proposed Method/Algorithm (optional) Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion.
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 10 references for the last 10 years, primarily with a minimum of 70% to journal papers, and choose APA 6th edition style for reference management and formatting.


Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Ensuring the paper conform to standard of Caraka Justitia journal template, Please download paper template. It used of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and have choosen the APA 6th edition style.
  4. The length of submitted paper is at least 8 pages and no more than 15 pages.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Authors who publish with JHCJ agree to the following terms:

Authors retain copyright and grant the JHCJ right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License that allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) the work for any purpose, even commercially with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in JHCJ.

Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in JHCJ. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).
